I've looked at the 50 first urls in http://philip.html5.org/data/table-implicitly-closed-p.txt and concluded that our options regarding <p><table> parsing are (1) having the quirk, and (2) changing Acid2. There was an idea about not closing the <table> if the <p> had an align attribute, but this would not fix all pages.
