           Summary: <body background> is a URL attribute?
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: simonp@opera.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

For the purposes of reflecting attributes the spec doesn't say that <body
background> takes a URL as value.

(It does in Firefox and Opera but not IE or Safari. We recently unintentionally
changed our behavior to match IE/Safari so would like to know which is
correct.)
