Updating the HTMLWG Web Pages

Hi, I noticed a few loose threads today.

I remember last year we had a great page about TPAC 2007 with links relevant 
to HTMLWG:

Will there be something similar for TPAC 2008?

In particular, I'm not sure whether or where the minutes from HTMLWG 
meetings have been published. Including the joint work session with PFWG on 
ARIA integration. I haven't blogged the paper notes I took...the task is 
still too daunting. :)

Having all public minutes from all groups listed from somewhere near the 
TPAC 2008 homepage would make them pretty easy for attendees to find:

The HTMLWG homepage should probably mention TPAC 2008 under "Current
