Going through the vaguely link-related top few errors:

| Bad value (consolidated) for attribute "target" on element "a":

This is now allowed.

| Text after "&" did not match an entity name.

This is intentional, on the principle that we don't want people getting 
confused. It's probably worth making the message more useful. :-)
