Writing HTML documents: entities in escaped text spans

In r1294 the spec made entities in pseudo-comments (or escaped text spans)  
in RCDATA not be parsed as entities, but the writing section was not  
synced. The writing section should say that RCDATA elements can only  
contain character entity references outside escaped text spans or  
something along those lines.
