namespace-well-formedness and setting innerHTML in XML

Step 5 in setting innerHTML in XML says:

    If the parser found a well-formedness error, the attribute's setter
    must raise a SYNTAX_ERR exception and abort these steps.

I presume that should be s/well-formedness/namespace-well-formedness/.
