contradictory example of b

The first example " ... shows a use of the b element to highlight key
words ... "
The last paragraph (before the note) states: " ... text marked or
highlighted should use the m element."

These are contradictory. I think the first example should be fixed.
(Maybe it should be kept as an example where m is preferred over b).
