[suggestion] priority for loading elements

hey,
what do you think about a tag-attribute to specify the priority for
loading tag-content?

for example: 3-column-layout; in one column there is a div with
external content who needs longer to load, but loading this content
will stop the rest of the page loading until its loaded.
(i know there are ways [eg. javascript, css,..] for doing this, but
they are very uncomfortable...)

just an idea...
