I cannot reconcile (2) and (5a) :

http://www.w3.org/2002/Talks/0715-duerst-iri/slide2-0.html indicates
that http://www.w3.org/People/Dürst is valid IRI (which could
hence be a keyword), yet after (5a)

this becomes http://www.w3.org/people/dürst, which is not
the same IRI at all ...
