It seems we have enough agenda topics and issues[1] to merit a
teleconference.

Dan offers to chair at 11am, 12pm, or 1pm Boston time on Thursday, 29
March, for 60 to 90 minutes. (See times in Los Angeles, Paris, and
Boston[2]).

Dan will send a detailed agenda with exact time, phone number, etc. at
least 24 hours before the meeting.

The teleconference will be recorded in IRC in near-real-time, and we'll
make an effort to accomodate IRC-only participation. Edited minutes will
go out by email within a day or two.

I hope this is sufficient notice, but since it's less than the 7 days
required by W3C process for meetings, I want to be sure noone objects to
us having the teleconference.

If you see any reason that this teleconference shouldn't happen at all,
please put it in a comment. Feel free to abstain, but please consider
carefully before voting "no", as one "no" vote is sufficient to cancel
the meeting or at least postpone it by a week.
