I totally agree with Daniel,
that W3C should ping Microsoft and to call them and whatever it needs
to be done to get it clear if they are to join or not.
Once again the deadlines the HTML WG has to complete,
are dependent on their decision.
If we wont have an alternative plan for the case when Microsoft
is not joining, then this group may become some kind of a sad joke.
