This is very nice Dan, thanks.  However, as per the IRC discussion a few 
weeks ago [1], I believe you were also supposed produce a list of 
requirements that outlined what needed to be changed in the spec to 
prepare it for publication.  What is preventing us from publishing 
sooner than that date?
