spell out HTML in title and/or abstract (detailed review of section 1. Introduction)

Please spell out HTML as Hypertext Markup Language in the abstract.

I was going to ask for it to be spelled out in the title too,
but
 (a) neither HTML 4.01 nor HTML 3.2 spells it out in the title
 (b) the number 5 is sorta awkward when the name is spelled out
