highlighting of "major known issues" in the working draft

It is appreciated that the "major known issues" have been flagged in the
HTML 5 spec

"Some of the more major known issues are marked like this."

under the "stability" heading.

"marked like this" being in red with a red border and red text.

Can a text based flag be added to the "major known issues" preferably with a
semantic marker so it can be easily located by users who cannot scan the
document(s) looking for red text with a red border.
