Re: Likert scale for survey? (on design principles)

Another thought...responses could be modified to all being actionable like:

Strongly Agree =  Full support as written. Include it.
Agree = with some suggestions for consideration.
Neutral =  Neither agree or disagree.
Disagree = Some changes are needed.
Strongly Disagree = No support. Delete it.
