As far as HTML is concerned, Web Forms 1.0 as defined by HTML 4.01 is  
the wheel. XForms is completely different and, therefore, reinvents  
the wheel as far as HTML is concerned. Web Forms 2.0 upgrades the  
wheel without reinventing it.
