I fail to see the relevance. I don't see Nielsen argue for margins, colours
or fonts/sizes to be the same in every browser. (Note that I specifically
said "*across* UAs".) If anything, Nielsen there argues for the same type of
thing I argued for at <http://www.euronet.nl/~tekelenb/WWW/LINK/>.
