Advisory panel to develop standards for poetry

Hi,
I¹m the online editor at a Chicago, Illinois-based literary non-profit
called the Poetry Foundation. We would like to sponsor an advisory panel to
develop standards for poetry. We have one person on staff who has the
technical skills to serve on the advisory panel, but he is not a member of
the W3C. Nor am I. Is there someone I can reach out to about this issue?
