Yeah, I guess Dom is currently doing most or all the coding,
though for the record, the Tracker is officially maintained by the
systems team as a group (and nobody should please don't e-mail Dom
directly about bugs or feature requests..)

The above seems to me an accurate description of how it that state
in the Tracker came about.
