{tracker} product name change

We have a product name in the HTML WG tracker, "HTML 5 authoring
guidelines":

  http://www.w3.org/html/wg/tracker/products/5

Please change that to product name to "authoring guide".

(This is related to an open action assigned to me in the HTML WG,
ACTION-32)
