Philippe - I don't think the above text re WebApps is accurate.

I think "got some pushback from webapps about not doing a *mini*-tpac 
this year" is a fair characterization (that is, no f2f meeting this Spring).

I expect WebApps to meet at the 2014 TPAC (Oct/Nov 2014).
