   Janina: Rich is asking for a non-normative note based on
   discussion with Google

   Paul: the a11y folks are looking at detailed implementations

   ... the Chairs started a dialog with editors of extension spec
   to determine if some of them require a heartbeat
   ... would expect a MSE Last Call before the moratorium
   ... we're at zero bugs for the pre-LC period
   ... Test the Web Forward, Shanghai, China, Aug 17-18

   Paul: noted changes in the section related to HTML
   ... noticed that those docs refer to HTML4
   ... any plan to move to HTML5?

   Janina: good question. not aware of a plan. will report back
   ... no reason why we shouldn't at this point
   ... we do have an active TF between PF and WCAG to look at HTML
   techniques for WCAG
