As Smylers pointed out to me, I had erroneous world-wide time info for the telecon, as I'd just copy/pasted from an old mail (and daylight savings time has changed). The link was correct, but the text was not. Times should be:

The HTML Working Group will have its usual weekly teleconference on 2009-04-02 for 60 minutes from 17:00 to 18:00.

         http://timeanddate.com/s/15jt

Tokyo 01:00+1, Amsterdam/Oslo 18:00, London/Dublin 17:00, New Jersey/York 12 noon, Kansas City 11:00, Seattle/San Francisco 09:00.
