No HTML WG telcon this week (unless we have urgent agenda items)

I don't think we have any issues that merit us taking time to have
a telcon prior to our face-to-face meeting next week. However, if
anyone has specific agenda items which you'd like to propose we
use the telcon time this week to discuss, let me know.
