We (the chairs) are planning on discussing (along with our regularly scheduled issues) how to proceed with the forms requirement in the charter (i.e. how we plan to address it).  This will of course not generate binding decisions, as per our charter, but we hope to turn that into a poll that will generate a binding decision.
