Hi,

http://www.w3c-test.org/html/tests/approved/video/event_canplay.html

This test utilizes video test file,

http://media.w3.org/2010/05/video/movie_300

As we know, the tests are dual-licensed under the W3C Test Suite License and the BSD 3-clause License, so people can distribute the tests under W3C's test suite licensing policy. Then how about the support media files? Seems there is no explicit license info, and cannot be dual-licensed as test suite, as there are some content files derived from Creative Commons Licensed content, e.g.

http://media.w3.org/2010/05/bunny/poster.png

Can people distribute the media content together with the tests? If yes, which license applies to the content files?

BTW, media content files within test suite are assumed dual-licensed as tests, right? For example,

Thanks,
Zhiqiang
