Is this why "my" mathml parsing test fails now?

http://test.w3.org/html/tests/approved/foreigncontent/math-parse01.html

says

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not
Found) http://test.w3.org/html/tests/resources/testharnessreport.js

Do I need to fix them there (and also the originals in
(http://test.w3.org/html/tests/submission/DavidCarlisle/) and if so,
what is the new recommended incantation to use? Or will this get done
if/when the spring cleaning happens?
