Plh can you confirm that jhlee has done what is required to properly license his submission?

How to License Your Contribution
The test suite is licensed under both the W3C Test Suite License and the 3-clause BSD License.
To give us permission to distribute your contribution under these two licenses, you need to fill out W3C's license grant form (unless you or your company is a member of the HTML Working Group, in which case you're covered already).

Subject: Test submission

Hi all

I just noticed a submission of test cases for Offline Application Cache, Web SQL Storage and Web Storage:
<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2011Jul/0018.html>. It would be great if these tests could be imported into the test suite.
