[sysreq #2896] RE: video_008.htm and video_006.htm

I identified the error. It comes from the Mercurial client, because of a bug in
a Python Library (urllib2).

Mercurial 1.6.3 solves this issue by bypassing the Python implementation.
Please use this version.
