I strongly recommend against referencing the spec from the tests. Doing so 
is a maintenance nightmare, and usually leads to people not questioning 
invalid tests (because they'll look at the referenced part of the spec, 
see what they think is the spec confirming the test's validity, and miss 
some other part of the spec that invalidates the test, even though 
normally they would not have missed that section since they would have 
come across it first).
