Videos for testing

I uploaded several videos (in MP4 and OGV) for future HTML testing
purposes:

 http://media.w3.org/2010/05/sintel/

While doing so, I also created a page to try the video support [1]. Not
usable for spec testing purposes but it lets one play around.
