http://test.w3.org/html/tests/submission/Microsoft/video/video_006.htm

This test is quoting spec text that doesn't match the current spec text.

http://test.w3.org/html/tests/submission/Microsoft/video/video_008.htm

The default value does not mean that the IDL attribute should return
'all'. The IDL attribute should return the empty string if the attribute
is absent, according to the spec section on reflecting attributes.
