Hello,

It's great that work is being done on creating test-cases for the various
HTML standards.
I would therefore like to request that testcases for new HTML5 elements, in
particular
the HTML5 canvas element, WebSockets and other new parts of the
HTML5specification.

These HTML5 elements are listed in the HTML5 Specification here:
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/Overview.html

Would some of the experienced developers on this mailing-list please
contribute
testes for HTML5 canvas? I could also try to contribute test-cases for the
HTML5 canvas
element, if you would prefer that.

Tests for these elements is important, because Microsoft is giving the
impression that it fully
supports the HTML5 standard, for example in the IE Test Center:
http://samples.msdn.microsoft.com/ietestcenter/

However, other test sites which as http://www.html5test.com/ give results
indicating that Internet
Explorer supports HTML5 very poorly.

Regards,
Andreas R.
