Update on deploying the tess on w3.org from Philippe Le Hegaret on 2010-04-28 (public-html-testsuite@w3.org from April 2010)

After talking to our systems, they're proposing to use two alternate web
servers for the tests (some like like tests.w3.org and tests.www.org).
Additionally, we'll also have a finer control over the deployment as
well. The drawback is that they'll give it to us by the end of May.
They'll finalize the domain names within a week.
