tinskip has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/encrypted-media: == Need "insufficient security" MediaKeyStatus == A rather common reason for a key not being usable is because the device does not meet security robustness requirements. Signaling this as "internal-error" is misleading and uninformative. An "insufficient-security" MediaKeyStatus for this condition would be very useful, indicating that the key should perhaps not have been provided at all.
