paulbrucecotton has just created a new issue for
https://github.com/w3c/encrypted-media:

== Bug 27055 - Surfacing license to the user ==
Moving from Bugzilla
(https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=27055):

The possibility of proprietary/encrypted license formats to decieve
the user exposes a potential attack vector. The user agent should be
able to read license the response and present that information to the
user.
