Media Task Force F2F meeting, TPAC, Sapporo, Japan, Oct 2015

The W3C combined Technical Plenary and Advisory Committee (TPAC) meetings are in Sapporo, Japan Oct 26-30 2015.

I recommend that the Media Task Force take advantage of the TPAC meeting arrangements and that we meet F2F during the TPAC week preferably for two full days.

The HTML WG is scheduled to meet on Thu-Fri Oct 29-30 but I expect that the WG will not be using its meeting reservation since I doubt that the WG will be re-chartered beyond the end of Sep 2015.  Regardless of the status of the HTML WG in Oct, I believe the Media Task Force will be reconstituted and that we should be planning for our next F2F meeting.

I will add this item to the next Media Task Force agendas so that we can discuss this matter.
