            Bug ID: 27318
Summary: [MSE] Fix the link to length attribute in
                    TrackBufferList array operator spec
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Media Source Extensions
          Assignee: adrianba@microsoft.com
          Reporter: wolenetz@google.com
        QA Contact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-media@w3.org

In 11 Nov 2014 editor's draft, the spec says:

"If index is greater than or equal to the length attribute then return
undefined and abort these steps."

However, the href for "length" is "#widl-SourceBufferList-length", incorrectly
referencing SourceBufferList, not TrackBufferList.
