I have updated the use cases wiki (https://www.w3.org/wiki/HTML/Media_Task_Force/EME_Use_Cases) with the bugs that I think will impact these use cases. There are some use cases which are not impacted by any current bugs, and there are many bugs which do not impact any current use cases.

Please take a look and provide feedback, either via email or by editing the wiki to add missing bits.
