RE: CfC: to publish a heartbeat Encrypted Media Extensions Working Draft

I support the publishing of this heartbeat Working Draft.

I would also like to thank Mark Watson for spending some time with the HTML5
Accessibility Task Force earlier today to discuss this issue, and look
forward to further fruitful discussions. While there remain some open
questions to be addressed, I welcome the fact that this work is happening in
the openness of the W3C.
