Re: {agenda} HTML WG media telecon 2012-07-10 - EME object-oriented design proposals, new EME bugs

There was a subsequent variation of the second proposal that I
believe supersedes it. I've added this below as (5c). See
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-media/2012Jul/0002.html. We
will likely discuss (5a) and (5c) but all three emails contain useful
information for the discussion.
