[EME] Encrypted Media Extensions updated to object-oriented API

Hi,

I just published an object-oriented version of the Encrypted Media
Extensions spec [0]. This version is based on proposal 2b [1]. You can find
the rationale for these changes in the threads at [1], [2], [3], and [4].
The object-based approach eliminates a number of parameters, algorithm
steps, and corner cases in v0.1 and provides better encapsulation of key
and session lifetime.

This resolves bug 16613 [5] and ACTION-1 [6] as well as some other bugs,
which I will update soon. If you find things I missed while updating the
document, you can email them to me directly and I will fix them. For larger
issues, file bugs and/or discuss them on this list.
