HTML Email Workshop in Paris

To whom it may concern,

I'd like to register a colleague of mine, Kerryn Sues, to participate in 
your forthcoming W3C HTML E-mail workshop on the 24th of May in Paris. 
At this stage she will not be in a position to deliver a paper or 
presentation but does wish to participate.

Please confirm Kerryn's place on the workshop so that I can proceed with 
booking flights and accommodation for her. She will be traveling from 
Ireland so can you let me know which Airport would be easiest for her to 
use?
