Fwd: agenda+ rb and rtc non-conforming in html5.1

各位,

昨天Richard發現HTML 5.1的候選推薦標準裡,又把`<rb>`、`<rtc>`等元素放入non-confirming裡了,並加注了「`<ruby>`元素已經足以應付需求」的字樣,可能是從WHATWG spec裡進來的。目前Richard是希望把這個加注去掉。有興趣的朋友可以跟進一下。
