Seems to me a large problem with this debate is that it requires predicting
the future - specifically, what end users will or won't do, will or won't
need. Why not put out some sort of bulletin or RFC to get a list of people
who would use it? If anyone can point to a company or developer who would
use these tags, and to what purpose, it may help clarify things.
