[html5-diff] Suggestion: include only changes since the last version

For the “HTML5 Changelogs” [1], how about simply listing only changes
since the last version of the document, not all of them? This would
keep the document reasonably short (and focused) while the “Previous
Versions:” section would still allow moderately easy access to former
change logs.
