HTMLBodyElement inheritance

Hi,

The HTMLBodyElement defines the following attributes:
   onblur
   onerror
   onfocus
   onload

however it also inherits them from the HTMLElement interface, perhaps 
removal from the IDL or a note to say they are inherited and also 
defined here for "reason x".
