Dear List,
While we are waiting for Microsoft's WS-proposal, I would like
to provide some more general input on this matter.

The most important comment is that the biggest users of "soft certificates"
already use proprietary solutions since none of the "standard" schemes
support more than a fraction of the requested capabilities.
