A first draft of a Norwegian translation of `HTML 5 differences from HTML 4'
is now available at <http://coq.no/html5-diff/no>.

I have tried to comply with the rules at
<http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate>.

This is not a finished and polished document yet, and any kind of
feedback is more than welcome.

Some comments relating to the original English text will be sent later.
