Status: Accepted
Change Description: Removed erroneous sentence.
Rationale: The given sentence added nothing to the fact that path components
must not be present, and was in fact wrong. If you create a file name
containing \ (or other similar path separators, to the extent that your OS lets
you) they will be represented.
